This directory contains the UniKey policies for using the service and handling personal information. The UniKey project is available at https://www.getunikey.ai.

Policies

• Terms of Service: account use, AI Credits, API access, Waffo and Web3 wallet payments, refunds, acceptable use, third-party models, suspension, disclaimers, and liability.
• Privacy Policy: information collection and use, wallet and public blockchain data, AI request content, Waffo payment records, processors, retention, rights, cookies, and international transfers.

Payment and provider references

UniKey may use Waffo for payment processing and supported Web3 wallets for on-chain payments. Waffo’s own policies also apply to its processing:

If the UniKey policy and a third-party provider policy conflict, the applicable contract and mandatory law determine which terms govern the relevant processing or transaction.
